In order to begin a support session follow these steps:

1. Click here.
2. When prompted, select the "Run" button.  You may be prompted to run the applicatin twice, and if you are using Windows Vista you must answer 'Yes' to the UAC prompt.
3. Provide the ID and Password to our support staff.
